EVBGSIS is a very easy to use the prime glass plate inspection measurement machine.  Use two sets of measurements of the optical system/inspection method, digital image processing, with the automated machine with a special light source device, enhance the correctness and quality of the company’s products shipments, convenience for before shipment to find errors and defects.

• Round hole/radium radius size measurement accuracy 30um
• (Size measure the number of data points > 100)
• Linear dimension measurement accuracy 30um
• (Size measure the number of data points > 100)
• Dimension measurement accuracy 40um
• Indented or protruding edge region
• Arc area depends on the lead angle changes 
• The edge chamfer/round hole lead angle change
• Chamfer size is no longer tolerable size changes
• Dirt/scratched detected size
