Keyboard Height Inspection System

 

System Introduction and Feature

 

EVKHIS is an In-Line inspection system which can work with the speed of production line. It uses high-resolution camera and special light source. The detection functions are as follow:

• The height of the same word key can not exceed0 the standard height 0.d1mm.
• The height between two neighbor keys can not exceed 0.d2mm.
• System measurement error is less than 0.0d3mm.

d1.d2.d3 can change according to customer demand.
