The function of EVSWC is to count the amount of solar energy wafers and cells. With the image processing technology, specially-designed machine, lighting device, high-resolution camera, and artificial intelligence, it can provide accurate and fast counting.

Accurate counting, avoid incorrect-counting due to wafer stuck or tilted.

Adjustable parameters to fit various thickness (with automatic adjustment software).

UI: provide Chinese/English screen Menu (Other language can be added, please contact us)

Logs for statistics.（Please provide MES format, Option）

Can count with minimum or without damaging the plastic film package.

Can verify the counting with real-time zoomed image.

It can count up to about 135 pieces of the wafer if thickness is 200㎛ 20㎛ (Special thickness, please contact us.)
