Function

The function of EVPM is to measure the eccentricity of a ferrule, an optical-communication component. EVPM integrates microscope lens, specific light source, high-precision holding mechanism and high-pixel camera with special-designed image processing program to perform non-contact measurement. Its precision is up to sub-micro level and with high repeatability.
